The project team was hired by the Town of Dewey-Humboldt to create the Town’s first Open Space and Trails (OSAT) master plan. The OSAT is intended to provide a roadmap that outlines potential sites for future parks and lands for trails where outdoor enthusiasts can recreate within town limits. The master plan looked at pedestrian, equestrian, bicycle, and Off Highway Vehicle multi‐use trails. It includes anticipated demand, regional plans, open space planning, trail corridors, trailhead siting, phasing plans, real estate costs, construction costs, and operations and maintenance costs.
